7:00-7:30 Gather at the designated point in Guangzhou and board the bus to Hong Kong
7:30-10:00 On the way to immigration inspection

11:00-11:20 Gather at the inspection exit to board the bus
11:20-12:00 On the way to Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) and obtain your badge
12:00-12:10 Get off the bus and take group photo
