11:00-11:20 Gather at the inspection exit to board the bus
11:20-12:00 On the way to Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre
12:00-12:10 Get off the bus and take group photo

16:30 Gather at the designated point in the exhibition hall and go back to Guangzhou/Shenzhen

1) This event is open for registration from overseas buyers (countries/regions out of China).
2) All buyers must provide a copy of ID photo, passport, visa, business card and purchase wish list.
3) All VIP buyer admission badges will be completed prior to the show. Please contact our staff for collection.
4) Lunch subsidies are distributed in cash (RMB) way on the exhibition day; you are free to choose the restaurant. Coupons which have expired shall not be replaced.
5）The pre-registration to visit the show is open until Sept. 1st, 2026.
